By accessing and using ZYNRAI's AI receptionist services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

ZYNRAI provides AI-powered receptionist services for restaurants, including but not limited to call handling, reservation management, order processing, and customer inquiry responses. Our service operates 24/7 to ensure your business never misses important calls.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for providing accurate business information, menu details, and operational procedures to ensure optimal AI performance. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, ZYNRAI does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. We reserve the right to perform maintenance and updates that may temporarily affect service availability.

5. Data Privacy and Security

We are committed to protecting your privacy and business data. All call recordings and customer information are encrypted and stored securely. We do not share your data with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

ZYNRAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for our services in the preceding 12 months.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will retain access to your data for 90 days, after which it will be permanently deleted from our systems.
